What we do
We perform an independent, expert audit of the usability of your designs, analyze site metrics, and evaluate the site’s effectiveness in achieving business and user goals.
Then we schedule a conference call with your team to go over our findings and recommendations. We also summarize the information (including design criteria to guide your future design decisions) in a concise and readable format—often a slide deck or a short, written report.
Scheduling
Reviews can generally be completed within a couple of weeks, if not sooner. Please note that some data collection may be required prior to start; this may include the addition of Google Analytics tracking to your site, allowing time for click tests to be completed, and so on.
